\Job Description
\As an employee of our company, you will start on our construction sites working alongside our operations team. You will assist the foreman and project manager with planning, programming, compliance, and client relationships, monitor the performance of crews and subcontractors against schedule and budget, report and address performance issues, track production costs daily, weekly, and monthly, procure plant, equipment, and materials, and assist in developing and reviewing management plans and safe work method statements.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines, excellent communication skills, good rapport-building skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to apply your academic knowledge to practical real-world outcomes.
