Job Overview- Spearhead the FM design strategy across project phases 1 to 3.
- Take full responsibility for ensuring that all FM needs and issues are meticulously captured, integrated, and addressed during the design phase.
- Oversee and manage the design review timeline, ensuring effective coordination with diverse stakeholders.
- Guarantee the availability of essential resources for conducting design reviews.
- Upon commencement, perform a thorough evaluation of the design team resources, including full-time equivalents, service management providers, and external contractors, with regular reassessments to uphold efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement to identify top-tier design firms with exceptional qualifications to assist in FM design evaluations, and develop a comprehensive engagement and onboarding scope.
- Work in close partnership with the FM Technologies Director to ensure that all FM technology specifications are seamlessly integrated into the designs.
- Foster strong collaboration with the project's Proponent and ensure effective coordination with the Engineering & Technical Services Department (ETSD) for a cohesive design solution.
- Drive innovation in sustainable FM design, emphasizing the integration of renewable energy, eco-friendly materials, and advanced waste management systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 20 years of pertinent experience in sustainable FM design and management for large-scale, intricate urban projects (from initial concept to execution), with at least 10 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
Experience managing projects in the Middle East is highly advantageous.
