Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be the friendly face, confident voice and skilled hands working on the ground and in communities to bring people closer together each day.

You will utilise your people and technical skills to make a meaningful and lasting impact, putting smiles on our customers' faces, bringing more possibilities to homes and businesses and propelling progress.

About Your Role

You will deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation, from installation to repair and maintenance, seeing the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You will have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job.

Ideal candidates for this role will have an ACMA license preferably with a cert 3 or cert 4 in telecommunications and draw on their dedication, drive, and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity and solutions with a smile every day.
