A highly motivated and driven individual is sought after to join our production team as a critical person in the factory. This role offers the opportunity to work exclusively in the factory, overseeing 10-20 staff in the manufacturing department and the inhouse packing department.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a work history within similar manufacturing industries being advantageous. A forklift license is also required for this position.

This role involves daily pre-start meetings, highlighting production targets and safety, leading and managing staff to achieve the daily production schedule, production planning of materials, machinery and workforce, assigning work to production staff and ensuring they are achieving their KPI's, quality assurance checks on all outgoing jobs, working with our health and safety officer on maintaining our strict WH&S standards within the factory, managing receiving and dispatch including loading / unloading trucks, and stock control and managing our small stores.
