Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference in people's lives?

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in a production environment. In this role, you will take on a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes.

You will be responsible for supervising, motivating and encouraging employees, understanding and developing individual capabilities, and liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing/production or retail background, experience supervising a small production team, and excellent communication skills. You will also be physically fit due to the demands of the role.
