**Your impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Manufacturing Supervisor. Based at our Wulkuraka facility, you will be reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the production team to meet manufacturing targets.

Specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team on the shift whilst ensuring that production, quality and safety targets are met.

**These roles work 24/7 - 12-hour shifts - Either 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Keeping our people safe by doing regular safety WALKs and inspiring operators to report hazards and incidents
- Investigate, analyse, and implement preventative actions for quality and safety incidents or near misses
- Lead and manage a team of experienced operators by setting performance and development plans
- Responsibility for shift operations during production cycles
- Manage direct and indirect labour and raw material costs for the lines
- Control raw material inventory and work with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate replenishment with close focus on preforms
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture

**About you**
- Prior experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment desirable
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safe Operating Procedures and HACCP principles
- Strong leadership capability with experience leading a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders
