Transform Lives with Exciting Outdoor Activities

Safely facilitate and deliver a range of outdoor activities such as high ropes, abseiling, laser tag, team building, rock climbing, and archery. Deliver exceptional customer service to groups of all ages and backgrounds.

  • Facilitate activities that promote teamwork, communication, and trust-building skills.
  • Liaise with teachers, other activity instructors, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
  • Maintain equipment in excellent condition and conduct daily checks to ensure safety.
  • Comply with organisational policies and procedures, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage critical situations professionally and calmly, prioritising the safety and well-being of participants.

You will also be required to maintain relevant qualifications and skills, including Rescue training. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a passion for delivering engaging outdoor experiences.

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • National police record check required.
  • Completed and up-to-date Code of Conduct, WHS, and Bullying and Harassment training modules.
