Adventure Leader Position

This full-time position is ideal for someone who wants to develop leadership skills, work outdoors in adventure-based learning, and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

About the Role

As an Adventure Leader, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering memorable experiences for young people. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating outdoor adventure activities with school and community groups
  • Contributing to general site operations, including maintenance, kitchen duties, and cleaning when required
  • Working towards attaining relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Assisting senior staff with safety checks and inspections of activity equipment and facilities
  • Participating in a vibrant community committed to sharing values through outdoor ministry

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong sense of initiative and a solution-focused mindset
  • Professional appearance and attitude, especially when interacting with guests
  • Emotional resilience, teachability, and a genuine love for people from all backgrounds and abilities

Qualifications and Experience

The following qualifications and experience are essential:

  • A valid and current Working With Children Check for paid work in NSW
  • Confidence in working with diverse groups, including schools, churches, and youth organisations
