Job Title: Assistant Park Manager

Treetops Adventure is part of the Experience Co. group, a leading adventure tourism company with numerous locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Our Central Coast Park features exciting obstacle courses high up in the tree canopy, suitable for all ages and abilities.

As an experienced manager, you will lead a team, support daily operations, and enforce safe work practices to maintain a safe and friendly environment.

You will be responsible for customer service, safety management, inspections, audits, and reporting, as well as performing maintenance duties and assisting with recruitment and training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe experience for guests
  • Managing and enforcing safety protocols, including emergency response procedures
  • Completing regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members

Requirements include a Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
