Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing machine diagnostics and repairs, testing and adjusting of equipment in operation, and auditing and reporting of underground equipment.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to ensure the optimal performance of their equipment. You will be required to travel to various sites as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and mechanical aptitude, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience working in a field service environment and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Machine diagnostics and repairs
  • Testing and adjusting of equipment in operation
  • Auditing and reporting of underground equipment
  • Performing commissioning of new equipment
  • Training and assisting clients

Requirements:

  • High technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a field service environment
  • Ability to travel to various sites as needed
