Capital Works Project Manager

Leading Project Professionals are sought after to take on a key leadership role within our Projects Division. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical knowledge and experience in managing multiple projects.
This exciting opportunity requires the ability to provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all works are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating projects, allocating resources and conducting pre-start risk assessments.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for mentoring Supervisors and employees in technical and quality requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a relevant Trade or Engineering qualification, minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position and strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining. They will also be able to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on multiple projects.
