Project Manager Capital Works

We are seeking a skilled project manager to coordinate capital works projects across the state. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering projects and managing programs to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.

The role involves developing strategic works programs for various government initiatives, natural disaster recovery, and visitor risk management. It also entails preparing and coordinating the procurement process, administration, and management of contracts, construction management, and delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of projects and managing programs to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Preparation and coordination of project documentation and seeking all necessary approvals.
  • Contract management and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, community groups, and government agencies to facilitate projects.
