Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Liaison Officer to join our team in the Traralgon and Gippsland areas. As a key member of our Business Development and Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting our services to healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop current referrer relationships while delivering on current marketing strategies
  • Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude
  • Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies
  • Increase revenue to assigned territory in line with budget expectations
  • Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers
  • Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis
Requirements
  • Current Driver's Licence is essential
  • Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential
  • Recent graduate or industry background is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners is essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills is essential
