Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to provide excellent mental health services to Aboriginal people, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Develop and implement culturally responsive mental health programs and services that align with community priorities.
  • Apply skills and expertise independently or as part of a team to achieve project objectives within set timeframes.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • To be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or equivalent experience, demonstrating understanding of complex issues impacting Aboriginal health and wellbeing.
