Job Opportunity: Horticulturalist Spray Technician

This position involves overseeing the effective management of pests and weeds on sports fields.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive spray programs while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Providing quality customer service and maintaining up-to-date administrative records are essential aspects of this role.

With a strong background in horticulture and parks maintenance, you will contribute significantly to the community's enjoyment of public spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage weed and pest control on sports fields
  • Deliver spray programs while ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate administrative records
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Horticulture/Parks and Gardens or equivalent experience
  • Current WHS Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
  • AQF Level 3 Chemical Accreditation certificate
  • Valid Class C Driver's Licence

Desirable qualifications include a Medium Rigid Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate, and AQF Level 4 Chemical Safety/Risk Management certificate.
