Lead Governance and Risk Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Governance and Risk Specialist to drive our governance services, shape strategy, and mentor junior team members.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective governance strategies across the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality company secretarial services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on governance obligations and support the development of policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including boards, executives, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of professional company secretaries, providing mentorship and coaching to develop their skills.
  • Oversee the delivery of company secretarial services, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as an outsourced Company Secretary for ASX-listed clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Advise on governance obligations and provide support in developing business growth initiatives.
