Industry leading Aged Care provider seeking motivated WHS Advisor to support strategic goals in P&C team.

Reporting into the WHS & Wellbeing lead, primary purpose is to provide operational support. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting workers compensation portfolios, claim reviews, injury management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end workers compensation claims and entitlements
  • Escalate suspicious claims for investigation
  • Advise stakeholders on non-work injury management and workers compensation issues
  • Maintain databases in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare and participate in claim reviews and case meetings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate records of hazards, incidents and claims

Key Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in WHS is desirable
  • Proven experience in managing workers compensation claims.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
