This is a full-time role located in various areas of Wollongong, NSW.
About the RoleThe primary objective of this position is to complete accurate and comprehensive vehicle estimates in a timely manner.
Reporting to a Centre Manager, you will work within our network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
- Audit vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with targets and company procedures
- Complete audits as required onsite, off-site and online
- Process vehicles onsite by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
- Assist with production management where required
- Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
- Hand over completed repairs to customers
- Proven experience in a similar role, including estimating and automotive smash repair industry knowledge
- Experience with AudaNet desirable but not essential
- IBody experience beneficial but not necessary
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients and work providers
- Highly professional and personable individual
- Strong systems knowledge and competent computer abilities
- Excel skills advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and problem solve with accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
- Commitment to working safely
