Vehicle Estimator Position

This is a full-time role located in various areas of Wollongong, NSW.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to complete accurate and comprehensive vehicle estimates in a timely manner.

Reporting to a Centre Manager, you will work within our network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  • Audit vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with targets and company procedures
  • Complete audits as required onsite, off-site and online
  • Process vehicles onsite by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  • Assist with production management where required
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, including estimating and automotive smash repair industry knowledge
  • Experience with AudaNet desirable but not essential
  • IBody experience beneficial but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable individual
  • Strong systems knowledge and competent computer abilities
  • Excel skills advantageous but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and problem solve with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Commitment to working safely
