Job Description

APG & Co. is a leader in the Australian fashion industry, designing and managing Sportscraft, SABA and JAG. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at SABA Canberra.

This role involves assisting the Store Manager in maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control, while delivering a premium customer experience.

We celebrate our history while allowing our brands to express themselves in contemporary, relevant and authentic ways.

About You
  • Retail Management experience in a high end or premium retail environment
  • Ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Proven ability and passion to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast paced retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer-focused service with a touch of sophistication and style
  2. Assist in managing budgets and interpreting financial reports
  3. Support the Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development
  4. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
