Area Manager - Canberra Based Role

Our client, a leader in core fashion, prides itself on having the best - from top talent and premium products to prime store locations and outstanding sales results, all while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

As the successful candidate, you'll oversee a minimum of 5 stores, mentoring and coaching teams across sales, styling, and service. You'll also develop store managers in business analytics, performance management, and, most importantly, driving sales and KPIs. This role is highly results-driven, with weekly targets that you and your teams are incentivised to smash.
