
Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who values teamwork and is committed to supporting efficient operations within an educational setting.
Our school has a diverse range of students and staff, with approximately 450 students and 60 staff. Our focus is on educational achievement, well-being and engagement, as well as culture and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Manager and Deputy Principal with human resource tasks
- Assist with finance functions as required
- Maintain student attendance database (ID Attend)
- Provide general administrative support to the front office team
- Support Leadership Team with communication
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in education
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
