Administrative Officer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who values teamwork and is committed to supporting efficient operations within an educational setting.

Our school has a diverse range of students and staff, with approximately 450 students and 60 staff. Our focus is on educational achievement, well-being and engagement, as well as culture and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Manager and Deputy Principal with human resource tasks
  • Assist with finance functions as required
  • Maintain student attendance database (ID Attend)
  • Provide general administrative support to the front office team
  • Support Leadership Team with communication

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in education
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
