Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Administration Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our front office team, including tasks such as maintaining student attendance records, coordinating events, and providing general administrative assistance.
  • They will also be responsible for supporting the Business Manager and Deputy Principal with human resource tasks and assisting with school finance functions as required.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with a commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain student attendance database (ID Attend).
  • Provide general administrative support to the front office team.
  • Support the Business Manager and Deputy Principal with human resource tasks.
  • Assist with school finance functions as required.

Desirable Skills and Experiences:

  • Previous experience working in education or a similar field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience using ID Attend and other relevant software systems.
