The Digital Identity Architect plays a pivotal role within our Digital Identity Practice, serving as a senior leader who defines the North Star for clients, collaborating with teams across the delivery lifecycle to achieve it.

This position oversees solution design and governance for small and large projects within 'Secured' client engagements, striving for high-quality outcomes and empowering Digital Identity teams to perform at their maximum potential.

You will establish and maintain strong relationships across client projects, management, and executive teams as a trusted advisor using your in-depth consulting experience and ability to describe value-based digital identity solutions.

Articulate desired state outcomes for clients and the ROI delivered through engagements.

This role requires the candidate to be eligible for a Baseline Security clearance.

About the Role:
  • Develop a sound understanding of client needs to drive opportunities and deliver Digital Identity engagements across the Cyber Integration Services Group.
  • Define and manage the delivery of Digital Identity solutions to our clients, including Workforce IAM, Customer IAM, Verifiable Credentials, and Digital Wallets.
  • Lead Digital Identity research projects to identify and develop new Digital Identity service offerings.
  • Participate in recruitment processes to identify and select suitable candidates for potential Digital Identity roles in the team.
  • Perform Architecture services including Digital Identity, Enterprise Security Architecture, and Cloud Security Architecture.
  • Mentor team members in Digital Identity architecture, including identity training and learning opportunities.
  • Provide quality solution designs for clients suitable for both executive and technical audiences describing vision, requirements, technical solution, and considerations for implementation.
  • Develop and deliver training and/or speaking material for public and/or private events.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry insights and proactively research emerging security risks, controls, applicable regulations, and trends.
About You:
  • Experience in applying best practice frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and NIST SP 800-63.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to clearly explain concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum five years' experience delivering Solution Architecture services in complex and highly regulated industries such as Government, Banking and Finance, or Critical Infrastructure.
  • Minimum three years supporting the sale of Digital Identity solutions and services to clients.
  • Minimum three years supporting contractual management for small to large projects as part of a broader contract management team.
