Workforce Coordinator Role

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Workforce Coordinator. This role involves matching support workers with clients based on their skills, preferences, and availability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rostering updates across multiple regions and services, responding to calls, tickets, and emails in a professional and courteous manner, identifying workforce gaps, and driving proactive rostering solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of client information, support worker details, and rosters.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience Managers to deliver seamless support to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as SCHADS Award conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in scheduling/rostering, ideally in Disability, Health, or Community Services. They will be highly organized, possess strong systems skills, and excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
