At our care facilities, we provide a range of services to support the health and wellbeing of our residents. This role involves providing high-quality resident meal service, including assisting with meal preparation and serving food in a safe and respectful manner.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing high-quality care to older adults.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - desirable but not essential.
  • A good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
  • The ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
