About the Role
  • Deliver resident meal services by assisting with meal preparation and serving high-quality meals to residents as required.
  • Maintain a cooperative team spirit by supporting your peers and providing assistance when needed.
  • Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents by adhering to all policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role you'll need:

  • A genuine interest in delivering exceptional care to elderly individuals.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is desirable but not essential for this position.
  • A solid understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.
  • Develop professional relationships with residents and their families through empathetic interpersonal skills.
  • Ongoing NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain is required.
