Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Cook to join our team. As a Childcare Cook, you will be responsible for preparing healthy, balanced meals tailored to the dietary and cultural needs of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Prepare nutritious meals on time while managing allergies and nutritional requirements.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with children, families, and team members.
  • Work across different childcare centres, providing flexibility and variety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Commercial Cookery & Food Handling.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Experience within an early childhood service is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
