At Labour Force, we are seeking a skilled Transport Data Entry and Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for data entry and customer enquiries, as well as supporting our drivers with paperwork and allocations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in data entry and administration, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within our team.
  • Experience in refrigerated transport and warehousing, although this is not essential. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in this area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
