  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence in Australia and the Asian South Pacific region.
  • Leverage your expertise in geotechnical engineering to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead a team of engineers in acquiring new contracts and managing existing projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and engage with potential clients.
  • Maintain and expand our network of key stakeholders, including major construction companies and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in geotechnics and/or geomechanics.
  • Extensive experience in designing underground tunnels and large-scale infrastructures.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian design standards and relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in English.
