  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Formatting documents and marketing materials for external clients.
  • Supporting the sales team in market research and liaising with clients.
  • Managing databases and organizing events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar position in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience operating a busy switchboard.
  • Intermediate level computer literacy, including MS Office suite and internet.
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, team environment.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Able to take initiative in problem-solving and exercising judgment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work in a small team, reporting to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, welcoming guests and coordinating meetings, monitoring facilities and stock levels, sorting and distributing mail and communications, providing administrative support in diary management and expense tracking, booking travel arrangements, formatting documents and marketing materials, supporting the sales team in market research and liaising with clients, managing databases and organizing events.
