Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Insights Analyst to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery and optimization of a portfolio of reports and analytical tools that enable our people to drive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team of data analysts and advanced analytic experts to continuously improve how we manage, report on, and use data to drive performance.
  • Contribute to and support key data reports, extracts, and process improvements to ensure that the HI business can respond quickly to changing market demands.
  • Support the Head of Business Intelligence and the Business Intelligence manager in using business intelligence capabilities to establish a best-in-class level of data quality and reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAS, SSIS, Power BI, and Synapse suite is highly desirable.
  • Experienced in data analytics, data quality, data warehousing, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of technical knowledge and skills across the Microsoft Data Platforms and Data Analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Power BI (including DAX coding).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting and insights.
  • Expertise in analyzing data sets, quantitative analysis, and creating data visualizations.
  • Data quality skills.
  • Data-storytelling skills.
