  • A contemporary understanding of speech pathology service delivery within an NDIS context.
  • A proven track record of delivering person-centred therapy for individuals with developmental and/or acquired disabilities.
  • A team-oriented mindset, a passion for collaboration, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality speech pathology services across a variety of practice areas and settings.
  • To assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centred, evidence-based services.
  • To collaborate effectively with clients, families, therapy teams, and support networks.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
  • Proof of Working Rights (Australian Passport, Citizenship Certificate or a valid Visa)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
