Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and pack down event spaces according to event orders and guest requirements
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service during conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service delivery
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests and event hosts
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of function areas throughout the event
  • Assist with audio-visual or equipment setup where required
  • Follow RSA and WHS procedures at all times
  • Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation
About You
  • Previous experience in functions, banquets, or events is preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills are essential
  • The ability to follow event briefs and adapt to changing requirements is crucial
  • You will work as part of a team and be able to work calmly under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays is required
  • Valid NSW RSA certification is mandatory
  • Physically fit and able to move equipment and furniture safely
