Senior Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join our Brisbane office.

  • Manage and lead corporate and commercial transactions across multiple industries
  • Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to high-level clients
  • Handle M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements, and governance issues
  • Deliver commercially driven outcomes that support long-term client goals
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders and decision-makers
About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires significant experience in corporate and/or commercial law. We are looking for a lawyer who can provide expert advice on complex transactions and manage client relationships effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law and be able to advise on risk and opportunity. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead corporate and commercial transactions across multiple industries

About You:
  • 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law
  • Experience advising corporate clients on significant transactions
  • Confidence in working independently and managing client relationships
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to advise on risk and opportunity
  • Drive to build your profile in the Brisbane legal and business market
