About the Position:
An opportunity exists for an experienced Lawyer (10+ years) to take a leading role in the practice and contribute to shaping the next generation of legal professionals.
Working closely with the Senior Partner, you'll manage a broad range of files while playing a pivotal role in mentoring junior solicitors, guiding them in both legal practice and professional growth.
The caseload includes:
- Complex Family Law matters including parenting and property disputes
- Civil Litigation files involving contracts, estates, and general disputes
- Residential and commercial property transactions and leasing
You'll enjoy autonomy and influence, helping develop junior lawyers into future leaders.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of 10 years experience across Family, Litigation or Property Law
- Strong ability to manage files independently and provide strategic advice
- Passion for mentoring, developing and supporting junior lawyers
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Admission to practice in QLD and a current practising certificate
