Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Wellness Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing health and wellbeing design strategies across the country.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Health and Wellbeing Strategies: Collaborate with our WHS Manager to ensure the delivery of Health, Safety and Wellness performance that meets personal, team, and functional goals.
  • Assist in Incident Investigations: Participate in incident investigation processes, particularly those related to musculoskeletal disorders or physical health injuries.
  • Maintain Compliance with Legislation: Ensure that our business complies with state and Australian Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Proactively analyze tasks for potential physical health issues and execute injury prevention activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Health and/or Safety, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Public Health, Health Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an occupational setting.
  • Knowledge of Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
