We are offering a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, for this exciting opportunity as a Client Advisor.
Job Description
This is an exceptional chance to join a close-knit team of fashion enthusiasts passionate about redefining luxury ready-to-wear. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring seamless transactions. You will work closely with esteemed clients to co-create special items through our 'LAB Experience,' showcasing your artistic abilities while exceeding client expectations.
You will also act as a Sales Associate, supporting the team on the floor, engaging in stockroom activities, and reaching out to clients as needed. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, further enhancing your expertise in the brand's unique offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- An appreciation and experience in men's and women's fashion with a keen eye for style.
- Artistic skills, such as painting, drawing, or sketching, are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
