**Store Manager - European Luxury Fashion House - South Wharf**

**About the company**

My client is exclusive offering high end Fashion and Accessories from some of worlds most biggest designers in Italy. Elegant and timeless, they are renowned in its native Italy for its exquisite craftsmanship and luxurious fabrics. The brand remains family-owned to this day. This house of fashion produces beautifully cut wrap coats, cashmere sweaters and feminine dresses in a sophisticated colour pallet. That simple exude elegance and grace.

**The role**

As Luxury Store Manager, you will act as brand ambassador for one of their **busy store location in Melbourne's City - South Wharf**.

With passion and experience, you will drive your strategic vision and direct the team in providing an iconic customer-service experience, ensuring maximum profitability.

Commercial awareness is key to this role: your knowledge of our clientele, the store's locale and our luxury brands will guarantee success. As a true motivator, you will oversee the development of all team members, ensuring exceptional results while maintaining operational excellence.
- You will be an exceptional people manager with outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Able to handle a fast paced environment.
- Sufficient in **Managing previous teams of 10+**:

- Very solid longevity to aid in **customer VIP relationships**:

- Be able to be physical to move **large amounts of stock on delivery**:

- You have proven experience of increasing sales and successfully driving a retail store to achieve its goals.
- You are able to demonstrate the ability to train, grow and develop a shop-floor team.
- You have a strong clientele background and ideally **luxury retail experience.**
