We are seeking a skilled Demand Manager to lead our planning function and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of demand planning and statistical forecasting, as well as excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Build and mould the planning function
- Be part of a rapidly growing business

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the demand planning function for both retail and wholesale streams.
Creating and driving the systems for the roll out of S&OP processes.
Creating forecasts and models through excel.
Leading the implementation and delivery of the new ERP system.
Identifying areas for improvement and change.
Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced, dynamic planning environment
- A strong understanding of demand planning and statistical forecasting
- A deep understanding of S&OP and implementation
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong excel and systems knowledge (SAP IBP advantageous)
