Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in our showroom, providing detailed product information and live demonstrations.
  • Understand customer needs and budgets, recommending suitable models and configurations.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up.
  • Guide customers through the sales journey, from test drives to contract processing.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience pre- and post-sale, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support promotional activities, marketing events, and new product launches.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and conduct comprehensive handovers.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments for seamless service.
  • Stay informed on EV trends and BYD model updates.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
