**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Living Support Manager to join our Community Living team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of shared living homes, ensuring individuals with Autism live meaningful and fulfilling lives of their choice.

The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Support Workers, liaising with families and maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure high-quality, client-focused support is delivered.

About You

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, coaching, and development
  • Knowledge of person-centred approaches to service provision
  • Effective and proactive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Human Services discipline (minimum Certificate IV)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of shared living homes
  • Leadership, mentoring, and coaching of Support Workers
  • Liaising with families and maintaining a positive and safe work environment
