**The Role**:
This is a casual position, and your shifts will be scheduled within the hours outlined below. Travelling between different client's homes is essential.
**About you**
The Hospitality Services - Domestic Cleaner is responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks in the homes of our clients, following established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure a high standard of cleaning services across all Amana Living clients Home, creating a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment for clients.
- Follow the care plan to provide a consistent cleaning approach prioritizing hygiene to minimize the risk of infections.
- As per the care plan perform the cleaning utilizing appropriate cleaning chemical and equipment's supplied by Amana Living in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and product labels. Always adhere to health and safety regulations, employing personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
- Consistent use of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard against chemical exposure, infections, and various hazards.
- Work in line with Support at Home Policies and Procedures to ensure incidents are reported in a timely manner
**_ Essential Criteria:_**
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required.
- Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6-months validity)_
- NDIS Clearance certificate (_or willing to obtain_)
- Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
- Valid Driver's licence (A car will be provided for this role; However it must be picked up and dropped off at a designated facility each day)
