Personal Care Specialist

At Right at Home, we strive to deliver exceptional home care services to seniors, adults with disabilities, and those recovering from hospital stays.

Role Overview

This casual position requires reliable transportation for client support and daily tasks. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.

  • Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal care, socialization, and companionship.
Key Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Disability.
  • Current driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle.
  • Provide First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check.

Ongoing support comes from our dedicated Care Coordination Team, consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses. Staff can also participate in the Right About You Rewards Program for exclusive discounts on services.
