Job Description

We are seeking a Casual Personal Care Worker to join our team, providing assistance at home and in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Transporting clients to appointments and activities
  • Aiding with shopping and meal preparation
  • Providing personal care and companionship

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability, hold a current Driver's licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle, and have a Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate. An Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check are also required.

Benefits

This casual position offers competitive hourly rates, shift loadings, and superannuation. Ongoing support and supervision will be provided by our experienced Care Coordination Team.

About the Role

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work. Successful applicants will be required to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.
