Quality Assurance Laboratory Manager

A Quality and Laboratory Team Leader is sought after by a leading company to lead, coach, and develop laboratory staff.
This role entails conducting and overseeing quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day lab operations, driving continuous improvement, digital QA initiatives, and lab automation.
The ideal candidate must possess a degree in science or laboratory-related field and 4–5 years of laboratory or quality assurance experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in science or laboratory-related field
- 4–5 years of laboratory or quality assurance experience
Additional requirements include strong leadership and team management skills, the ability to inspire and motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.
