Job Description:

The role of Dining Operations Manager is a vital part in the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of shifts, ensuring that all departmental standards and procedures are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of booking system and reservations
  • Achieve high standard of service, elevating guest satisfaction and using metrics to measure success
  • Competently handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Adopt processes and develop strategies to maximize profitability

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with leading and coaching a team in a similar role and/or environment
  • Ability to provide professional and exceptional customer service
  • Can thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High competency in organization, multi-tasking and delegation
  • Excellent presentation and grooming
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Current RSA
  • Full working rights in Australia, with availability to work on a flexible and rotating roster 7 day roster
