
Smart Deployment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan, schedule and dispatch work to electrical field metering technicians based on their availability and skillset/accreditation.
- Resolve jobs at risk of not being fulfilled on the scheduled day by liaising with field technicians and other parties to coordinate a satisfactory time to complete installations or repairs.
- Manage customer queries regarding scheduled dates and appointments to ensure access or coordination for successful field visits.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement them.
Requirements:
- Previous proven customer service experience
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong computer skills
- Quick learner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Time management and attention to detail
