Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan, schedule and dispatch work to electrical field metering technicians based on their availability and skillset/accreditation.
  • Resolve jobs at risk of not being fulfilled on the scheduled day by liaising with field technicians and other parties to coordinate a satisfactory time to complete installations or repairs.
  • Manage customer queries regarding scheduled dates and appointments to ensure access or coordination for successful field visits.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement them.

Requirements:

  • Previous proven customer service experience
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong computer skills
  • Quick learner
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Time management and attention to detail
