**The Role**

The purpose of this role is to assist the Deployment team in delivering Site Acquisition, Planning & Design (SAED) outcomes, construction and build activities of all charging network rollouts, to ensure project timeframes and budgets are maintained and delivered.

**Reporting to the Head of Deployment, you will**:

- Assist in the coordination of work with project managers to ensure delivery priorities are met.
- Ensure delivery plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones are monitored and updated using appropriate tools.
- Manage equipment ordering with specific suppliers to ensure delivery of equipment occurs when required and meets project timelines.
- Manage specific issues and risks as directed, including advising the delivery team of any issues and risks associated with specific projects.
- Assist Operations and Maintenance Manager with coordinating fault response to ensure network owners and customers are notified of issues.
- Assist Operations and Maintenance Manager with coordinating parts management and replenishment.
- Monitor and report on Deployment Team business KPI's for all projects and safety to highlight any deficiencies or failings.

You're goal orientated, hands on, proactive and have a sense of urgency. Electric cars in Australia is still largely uncharted territory which means your passion to make a difference, desire to use your initiative and continuous focus on excellence will ensure your success in this new role.

**Requirements to be successful**:

- Experienced project coordinator background in similar field i.e. Telco, Power or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, i.e. prior experience using project management tools, finance systems and the standard Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced business operating methodology.
- Hybrid role based in Sydney
