**Position Overview**:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recreational Activities Officer to join our Residential Aged Care Services team in Asquith.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize recreational activity programs;
- Conduct assessments and develop activity plans for individual residents;
- Lead group activities or individual sessions as needed;
- Collaborate with staff members, volunteers and family members to identify recreational needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent;
- At least 1-year working experience in an aged care setting;
- Proven ability to monitor and review recreational needs of elderly people;
- Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Current National Police Certificate with clearance;

**What We Offer**:

Salary packaging and discount childcare fees are available.

**Job Details**:

Permanent, Casual - $33.27 - $42.43 per hour

Licence/Certification: Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent (preferred), National Police Certificate with clearance (preferred)

Work Authorisation: Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
