**Your New Role**:
As an **Activities Coordinator** you will develop, facilitate, and evaluate a suite of programs, activities, and workshops that create opportunities for social engagement and develop skills to better enable community participation.

**The Activities Coordinator will**:

- Develop, facilitate, and evaluate programs, workshops, and activities that respond to the needs and wants of our participants, and utilise your professional skills and interests.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the Ozanam Learning Centre is a safe and inclusive Centre that provides a high-quality evidence-based service to our community.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Experience and understanding of community development and asset-based community development frameworks.
- A passion to work with a diverse and complex community in a person-centred and trauma-informed way.
- Experience in facilitating group activities/workshops/programs and utilising co-design/consultative approaches to program development.
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s and/or demonstrated experience in community development, social work, community services and / or educational program or other relevant area.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Skills, experience, or a keen interest in one of the following areas: cooking & nutrition, living skills, health & wellbeing, recovery and therapeutic activities, mental health, and resilience.
